Clare practices in the areas of employee benefits and qualified retirement plans.  Clare also prepares Affirmative Action Plans for contractors with federal and state government contracts and assists in-house managers in developing and administering Affirmative Action Plans.  She prepares and coordinates employers' responses to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.  Clare attends on-site AAP audits when necessary.  She also handles ERISA litigation.

Clare received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Bucknell University in 1983 and a law degree cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1986.
